Room Reservations

Need a space for your next meeting? The library has rooms of various sizes for whatever need you might have!

*Patrons are allowed to reserve the Conference Room and Business Center twice a month for a max of two hours per reservation.

*Patrons are allowed to reserve the Community Meeting room twice a month for a minimum of two hours per reservation.

*Patrons are responsible for room set up and clean up within the reserved timeframe.

Community Meeting Room (CMR)

1. $30 per hour

2. A minimum two-hour reservation is required.

Conference Room

1. Free of charge

2. A maximum two-hour reservation is allowed.

3. Walk-in use is permitted if the room is not reserved.

4. Seats 12-24

   
   

Business Center

1. Free of charge

2. A maximum two-hour reservation is allowed.

3. Walk-in use is permitted if the room is not reserved. In order to provide equitable access to this room, individuals or groups may be asked to leave after 1 hour to permit access to another group or individual following the same procedure for regulating usage as the Study Rooms (see Study Room Procedure).

Study Rooms

1. Available on a first come first serve basis from the circulation desk. Rooms cannot be reserved.

2. Guaranteed use of the room for one hour. Once that hour is up, you are free to stay in the room until someone else needs it.
